With an early career in outsourced business services in travel operations management and executive travel for leading employers American Express and BTI Hogg Robinson, Sophie Warren leads Changesmith Training.
As well as providing training support for the consulting business Sophie resources the requirements for the catalyst & accelerator programmes and manages the outsourced service provision requirements for our partner training organisations.
Michael Warren leads Changesmith Consulting with a professional background in business process improvement consulting and chartered fellowship of the CIPD, Michael offers considerable experience in organisational development, change leadership & talent management.
He has held: Customer service management roles with The Halifax & Chemical Bank (Homeloans), consultant, project management and development & training leadership positions with leading management consultancies Peter Chadwick Limited and Cambridge Management Consulting [now Celerant], Interim change leadership positions with BT, Steljes Group, National Express East Coast Mainline Rail franchise, Cornwall Council, T-Systems and Aviva plc working on the sale of teh RAC business to Carlyle Group. Michael is also a long term associate of the Leadership Academy for Policing (NPIA, Bramshill) and had designed & delivered senior police leadership training and supported HR consulting interventions in both the UK and Middle East
Changesmith can act as a vehicle for both consulting & interim appointments and where required, Michael can call upon a broad associate network to help clients form larger teams or provide specialist resources. Michael is an expert facilitator with accredited action learning set, training development and delivery skills. A skilled communicator who naturally builds structure around developing change initiatives.
Michael is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with a specific interest in the implementation of organisational change and the application of talent management in its broadest sense encompassing both HR process effectiveness, performance management, change communications and employee engagement.
