The Changesmith Catalyst & Accelerator programmes offer the opportunity to recognise potential, invest in capability and benefit from the results.
Catalyst:
An experiential learning event built around the benefits of looking at challenges from the perspective of another individual, team or organisation.
Changesmith have partnered with a select group of businesses prepared to share their culture, skills and experience. Catalyst attendees get to experience first hand an alternative view of a relevant challenge be that customer service, leadership or team working. For example; Is the public sector really that different?, What makes people admire the "Virgin" brand?, Entrepreneurial SME's versus large corporates.
Included as a part of the catalyst event Changesmith creates an “action learning set” environment to encourage reflection and the sharing of learning. Attendees are encouraged to document their thoughts and potential synergies with their own organisation as an action plan to share with their sponsor or integrate into their own developmental planning.
A 2-day event generally with an overnight stay.
Accelerator:
Building on the catalyst experience Changesmith will continue to facilitate the action learning set process over an agreed period. We will facilitate regular set meetings, offer remote coaching and if appropriate resource key developmental stages.
Attendees build upon the action plans developed during the catalyst phase and work to deliver measurable benefits for the sponsoring organisation. Examples of projects delivered through this route include; process development, team development, and waste reduction.
The focus on baseline assessment targeted against measurable results delivery and performance coaching by Changesmith facilitators and/or sponsors generally results in financial benefits in excess of the costs incurred by attending the Accelerator programme.
Typical employee time commitment – 2-4 days per month split between planning, communication & reflective learning.
