Changesmith involvement in financial services goes back to 2002 when Changesmith Training won the opportunity to support a range of initiatives consistent with it's track record of expert facilitation skills and process knowledge.

Early work supporting M&A activity within what is now known as RBS developed into involvement with the implementation of the BASEL2 accord on operational risk. Recently work has been influenced by factors such as the implementation of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and changes linked to the economic & political climate within the sector.

As a case study, or demonstration of competence each initiative and subsequent initiatives benefit from the Changesmith commitment to:
