Founded in 1999, Changesmith® Consulting provides additional expertise to organisations implementing new systems, processes and organisational structures. With deep knowledge of organisational change, we provide structure, governance, capability and knowledge transfer designed to simplify and optimise the journey.
We are a hands-on, delivery-based partner organisation. Rather than employing a direct salesforce, we choose to engage through networking and referral. We typically work directly with clients or in business-to-business relationships with leading consultancies and service providers.
